Digital Delivery

While I am not obligated to provide replacement downloads indefinitely, I will make reasonable efforts to assist you if access is lost and your purchase can be verified.

Refunds

All sales of digital products are final because you receive immediate possession of your copy.

If your file is defective or a technical issue prevents delivery, please contact me and I will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting me regarding a verified delivery issue may result in suspension of future purchases and recovery of associated fees where permitted by law.

I use trusted third-party providers to operate the Store, including Stripe for payment processing and MailerLite for email delivery. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy practices.
